Our Origin Story
A family-owned business, we began in 2015 with the hope of making a difference in the lives of those with disabilities or limited mobility, offering a slew of services aimed at helping our clients reach their full potential.
What’s in a Name?
Tindol is the maiden name of our owner, Panna Tindol Jones, and Tindol Hereford, her oldest granddaughter, is named after Panna’s Dad, Melvin Tindol—hence, Tindol Health Care.
A Wealth of Experience
Panna is a registered nurse and has been in the home care industry for over 30 years. Tindol worked in our family’s first home care business in Oklahoma when she was a teenager, delivering doctor’s orders and filing. Now, Tindol serves as the vice president of operations!

Our Team
Based in New Braunfels Office
Tindol Jones Hereford is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational and professional background. After studying Business Management at Amarillo College, Tindol furthered her education by earning a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her name, a tribute to her maternal Great Grandfather, symbolizes the deep-rooted family values and legacy that she carries forward. Tindol's career began in her teenage years in Ardmore, Oklahoma, where she took on the responsibility of delivering doctors' orders within the family business. This early exposure to the healthcare industry not only honed her skills but also instilled in her a deep sense of commitment to family and community service.
Over the years, Tindol has risen through the ranks to become the Vice President of Operations for the family's Texas-based home care agencies. In her current role, she is at the helm of the day-to-day operations of Four K Health Care, the CLASS Medicaid division, and Tindol Home Care, the private pay agency. Under her leadership, both agencies have flourished, providing top-notch care and services to their clients. Tindol's expertise in business management, coupled with her educational background in early childhood
education, gives her a unique perspective on caring for individuals across all stages of life. Her dedication to her work and her ability to lead with compassion and efficiency make her a pillar in the family business and a respected figure in the healthcare community.

Panna Tindol Jones, RN, is a distinguished nursing professional whose career spans over three decades, showcasing a dedicated journey in the realm of home care. Since earning her RN certification in 1989, Panna has devoted herself to enhancing the quality of home care services, starting her professional journey in 1992. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial path, she gained substantial experience working for large home care agencies, which laid the foundation for her profound understanding of the industry.
In 2006, Panna ventured into establishing her own home care agencies, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her career. Four K Health Care and Tindol Health Care represent her fourth and fifth ventures, respectively, both of which have benefitted from her vast experience as an administrator. Her expertise spans Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay home care sectors, making her a versatile leader in the field.
Over the last eight years, Panna's primary focus has shifted towards supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, a testament to her commitment to making a significant impact in the lives of those who are most vulnerable. Her efforts in this area underscore her dedication to inclusive care and her ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the community she serves. Panna Tindol Jones, through her leadership and vision, continues to inspire excellence in home care services.
